Purchase experience was excellent. Website was easy to navigate. My one complaint is with your packaging & shipping provider. I had a $2400 piece of electronics sitting loose in another box twice its size, with VERY minimal packing to keep it secured(which it did not). It was initially shipped via Fedex & then handed over to the postal service to be drop kicked to my door. Exterior box was beat up, but luckily my display was undamaged. Not a good way to ship high dollar electronics! Love your products!!
