Overall the purchase experience was very good and the product appears to be as advertised. I say appears because I have not used it yet. I called to enquire about what was loaded on the device (Cruise 9) before I purchased and was really not given an answer other than you got to use it to see if it covers my area. That response as a bit of a surprised.

It would be nice if the sonar "pause" feature could be turned on and off from the primary screen. In addition, the step to turn this feature off should be described in the on line users manual.

The stuff came accurately and quickly. I was unable to order a whole new set of three is20 suncovers as the site would not accept any other quantity than one. Why not sell three in the same box?

Product is exactly what was ordered, new in the box, no issues there. Terrible communications from the company as in almost non existent. Immediately after placing an order, I realized I ordered the wrong thing. AN email was sent within 10 minutes of placing the order, requesting the order be canceled. NO reply, none. 4 days after receiving the product, I get an email- "We're sorry, the item was already sent and cannot be canceled" I was asked if I'd like to initiate a return. I responded yes, and that I knew I would have to pay return shipping. That has been over 2 more weeks and ZERO response. Again. nothing wrong with product, but his company has ZERO customer service. I guess I will try and sell it myself. If Simrad steps up and responds, I'll be glad to update this review if possible. EDIT: Amazing, leave a less than stellar review and an RMA email shows up in my inbox within in hours Updated to 3 stars Thanks Edit #2 Updated to 4 stars, product shipped back this AM 3/22/22. I'm hoping this was just some kind of fluke. I will be needing other things in the future and would like to feel better about ordering again.

Delivered on time Well packed - everything included Specifications were accurate - it fit perfectly in the designated space on my boat Simple to install My application is a dedicated chart plotter so I did not install the transducer Gave it 4-stars because I have not water tested it yet So far, so good

Easy ordering & navigating the website. Delivery time way too long, which is the carriers problem. Hopefully better options as to carriers in the future.
