They were totally devoted to the job and pleasing the customer in every aspect. From packing, to placement of items in new locations, to asking if we were Ok with every move. Extremely professional, clean and well mannered team. Happy team with a good attitude is very rare. Greatly appreciated - it made our moving day a time to remember !

I found Simply Moving on Yelp and decided to call for a quote based on their good reviews. The representative that I spoke with was very courteous and helpful. The movers were on time, very polite and quick. Nothing was damaged and there were no hidden charges. Everything was completely as-advertised. It was our first time hiring movers and we were definitely satisfied customers. Absolutely would recommend.

I needed to move my elderly grandmother from a Manhattan apartment to assisted living in NJ. It was critical that I hire professionals to deal with both buildings and the last thing I wanted was more stress or mover issues. Based on online reviews, I chose Simply Moving NY. I chose them not on price, but after reading reviews, they seemed the most likely to be drama free. The reviews were right! Through the whole process, they were great both on the phone and email. The team that showed up was incredibly professional, did everything we asked and could not have done any better. Great job - I highly recommend them and will refer to friends.

Simply Movers assisted me in moving a one bedroom apartment from one borough to another. This move included a large bed, couch, table, many boxes and miscellaneous items, as well as an expensive desk that I had told them was very important to me. First, they were incredibly kind and professional-- they disassembled all items very carefully, and wrapped them with equal care. They took into account my concern about my desk, promised to take good care of it, and wrapped this item with all sorts of plastics and blankets to ensure it would be safe. Second, they did all of this is a ridiculously short period of time, as two of the gentlemen wrapped my large items, and the third took down the boxes and other things! I cannot stress how careful they were with all of our furniture. Once we arrived at the new apartment, they reassembled all of my big items-- none of which had even a single scratch on them (and I checked). They made sure that everything was placed exactly where we wanted it to be, and spent extra time rearranging our office furniture so that it could fit in exactly the way we envisioned. They also took all of the plastic/packing stuff with them and left everything neat and clean. These folks are truly stellar, and our movers were the dream team. They made a very annoying task simple (!), and I would hire them again without any hesitation. This is not my first move, and I've used very expensive movers in the past. These movers probably charge half the price compared to some of their competitors, and provide twice the quality. I'm not surprised they have so many positive reviews. THANK YOU SIMPLY!

I booked my move with Simply Moving NY after reading all of the great reviews online and was not disappointed. The team of three showed up about half an hour earlier than our scheduled time and went to work FAST, accommodating all of my furniture, boxes and random items (mirrors, file cabinet, 60" flat screen tv, computer, etc) and carefully wrapped everything that needed extra protection. The team worked together really well and were very careful with each item, giving me great confidence that everything would arrive in once piece. Once we got to the new place, everything was carefully and quickly brought in and dropped off in the appropriate rooms - and after unpacking, everything (even super fragile stuff) was in one piece. The crew were all friendly, professional and showed no sense of frustration, even when the cops made them move the truck around the corner from the entrance of the building I was moving out of. Super patient, efficient and professional. I highly recommend Simply Moving!
