They arrived right on time. They were friendly and polite and got to work immediately. They took great care of all of our stuff and of our apartment. When it became apparent that it was impossible to get our family heirloom couch through the entryway to our apartment they let us know who to call, another company who could disassemble the couch and reassemble it in the apartment good as new. (And it's now in the apartment, good as new). I couldn't be happier. Give Simply Moving a try, you won't be disappointed!

The entire crew who moved us was fantastic. They were able to complete everything we asked (collecting things from two different locations) faster than we had even hoped and even changed the position of some of the furniture after they had it in place with no complaints. They took great care with our things and were very friendly, asking important questions when our instructions were not clear. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company in the tri-state area.

Movers were on time, wrapped everything thoroughly, were very nice, trustworthy, set everything up in destination, cleaned up, professional, perfect.

The move into NYC from CT went very smoothly! The men lead by Mitch, Edwin & David were amazing- quick, cordial, responsible, safe with our stuff. We'd use them again!

I have absolutely no complaints and only good things to say about this moving company. Everyone I spoke with when I called to set up the appointment was extremely friendly and accommodating. Marcus was particularly helpful. On the day of the move the movers were on time, friendly, professional, extremely careful with our items, and efficient. I have moved two other times in the past few years and used Flat Rate moving. This company is by far much better in every aspect, including price. The price is fixed and there are no hidden fees. I regret not using them in the past and will definitely use them in the future.

Securing price and date of service: I started my search for good movers on Yelp by reaching out to many companies (probably 10 of them). Simply Moving was part of the companies that responded to me in less than 30 mins. I sent a couple of pictures, discussed my needs and in less than an hour a price at the lowest end of the ones I received was secured for me. We then secured a date and time. Proof of insurance: I was moving from and to a building that requires movers to have insurance and prove it to management office before allowing any move. Once I connected the company to the management offices they took it from there quickly and I had nothing to do afterwards; move was set immediately. Move: three men came to my place. They reconfirmed arrival time 30 mins prior to move and arrived on time. The move itself was smooth and the movers were organized, prepared to box all types of items, and definitely spent time and put effort to secure items... I gave 20% tip to each member of the move and the movers seemed happy. Overall, it was a painless experience
