The guys from Simply moving were amazing. From the start I called about two days before I needed to move which is short notice and they said of course and went through the things that I needed to move. They then sent me the quote which was very responsible for a moving company offering to dismantle if needed, wrap and move all your belongings. Just keep in mind like most companies, IKEA furniture needs to be clarified at the beginning because there might be an extra charge. They called us when they were on the way and ended up coming early!! Even after going over what we had and it being bigger than they expected, the team worked fast and efficiently move everything. When we arrived at the house it took them less than an hour to get everything set up and they hauled all of their debris away. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the service they were providing us.

This company has been fantastic from the start. Their prices can't be beat, and their movers were reliable, professional, and fast. They did a great job wrapping up my furniture and completed the entire move in 2 hours, and the couch didn't fit so they brought it back for free. I even got a refund for $25 the day after the move. I would never use any other company and I recommend them 100%

They made the move of furniture from NY to MA seamless. The quote was thorough and accurate, no hidden fees. The manager was responsive and answered any questions. They agreed to one day pick-up and delivery - picking up from two locations in NY and delivering to one location in MA. The delivery crew notified us when they were within an hour away. They worked quickly to safely unload well-padded furniture, and muscle much of it up a flight of stairs. There was no damage on any of the pieces.

There is no word to explain our extreme satisfaction with this moving company. Very neat, very clean, very careful in packing/unpacking. Very pleasant crew. No hidden fees. First quote is exactly similar to what we paid. Would def hire them again and recommend them for friends.

Great experience. Crew was friendly, professional, and efficient. We had a few more boxes than we had originally anticipated, and the crew was happy to take them for us. They were careful with all of our objects, making sure to wrap everything neatly but quickly before loading them into their truck. They originally showed up with a team of 2, but called over 2 others after seeing our apartment. There was no extra charge for this. Great service, and price was very competitive with other moving services (we received quotes from 7+ companies before choosing Simply Moving). Would recommend to all.

The entire process with Simply Moving was outstanding. Carlos who performed our on site visit before the move was extremely professional and friendly. He was able to answer all questions and concerns to set our minds at ease before the move. Carlos's excellent customer services was only outmatched by Walter and his team's hard work on the day of the move. Walter, Washington, Salvador and Ernesto were all friendly, professional and extremely hard workers. They made moving into a 3rd floor walk up seem easy! My wife and I could not have been happier with the service we received and would not only recommend Simply Moving to our friends and family but will definitely be using them again for any of our moving needs.

I was told they would arrive between 9am and 10am, They arrived at 9am exactly. They immediately packed up my one bedroom apartment and brought everything down the 4 flights of my building to the truck. They finished everything in an hour and 15 minutes. They arrived to the second location fast and was able to unload the entire truck in less than a hour. They all placed all the boxes where ever I asked. Nothing was broken in the process. I would use them again and would suggest them to anyone who needs to move. They were also affordable!!!!
