Overall our moving experience with Simply Moving was great. I couldn't be happier with our team of movers (headed by Alex). They were all great guys, very careful, friendly and respectful. They took good care of all our belongings and were able to load and unload very quickly. They even assembled some of our furniture for us. The reason why I am not giving Simply Moving the full 5 stars has nothing to do with the quality of the physical move, however. What disappointed me the most was the administrative aspect. Even though the guys on the phone were pretty prompt and responsive, I wish they had an online tool for managing your inventory. Whenever any changes needed to be made, I would have to call them on the phone to discuss it and inevitably have a confusion. Everything was settled fairly well at the end, but my quote ended up going up from the original.

All in all these movers were great, prepared and did their job very well. If I were moving myself, I would have taken slightly more care with each item, but overall their judgement was great and the move was very fast. The guys were very polite and professional.

My overall experience with Simply Moving was very good. I move a lot, 7 times in the US in the past 5 years so I have experience. The person who came to our house to give us the estimate was very professional. I had to change the moving date once and they were also very good and understanding. The moving crew was excellent. It was a big move and they were always in a good mood and extremely professional and helpful. Where can Simply Moving improve? When the boxes arrived to the new house, we were surprised to learn that we needed to empty the boxes that contained the hanging clothes (the big improvised closet boxes) because those were rented and had to go back. This should have been specified to us. It is not a given that you will have space to do this. This is the first company that I have work with that has this policy. We had to improvise hanging spaces in the middle of the chaos which was very stressful. Also, the estimated cost is what you will pay. There are no adjustments post moving. This is not positive nor negative, just something to take into account. Don't expect any money back but I think they are also fair that they won't charge you more than the estimation.

The team did an amazing job with the move, except they showed up almost 2hrs late. Otherwise, was a great move, would definitely recommend.

Good service, reliable and took care of my furniture when transporting.

Movers were very friendly and professional. Got everything packed in a 1br in a little over 2 hrs. Would definitely use again!

It was a bit challenging fitting all of our stuff in the truck and it was in the middle of a heat wave but they didn't lose their cool.
