My team was super friendly and accommodating. They arrived after my time slot (but hey, it's moving day for everyone!) which I understood, and when they arrived they were very efficient, helped me break down some of my furniture and helped me reassemble. It was a move with several stops, a little complicated, and in midtown Manhattan on a business day. Ricardo & his team couldn't have been more accommodating... keeping in touch with us via cell phone very step of the way. they were very patient with us, especially my son, as this was his first solo move with movers, and there was definitely a learning curve for him. They showed up 10 minutes EARLY, were communicative the entire time, friendly, careful with my belongings including antiques, respectful to my family and me, didn't have surprise charges, took apart things to travel safely and then set them up down to placing the lightbulbs in each lamp. I'm a huge fan of Carlos Ramos, my senior relocation consultant, and the team who moved me: Adani (leader extraordinaire), Alex, Radeh and Abey.

The gentlemen who move my family arrived early and loaded everything promptly and efficiently. They were friendly and well mannered. They set up furniture upon our arrival. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
