The movers were very professional but friendly and had a positive attitude. Nothing broke but a modern acrylic table was deeply scratched on the side. It is obvious that this piece was not wrapped or maybe it was but it got damaged as it was being taken out of the van. Other than this, thus was a very good moving team. They work very well together and I will hire again.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Simply Moving. The price that I was quoted for my move was very competitive compared to other moving services in the area. Everything about my move was explained in detail and it was very easy to make a reservation. The day of my move, the movers arrived on time and completed the move with a high level of professionalism. They took great care of my family's possessions. They were also very friendly and easy to talk to. My only two suggestions for Simply Moving would be to call or email the customer a few days prior to the scheduled moved to confirm and follow up on the reservation. Secondly, to call the customer on the day of the move prior to their arrival to the customers home. I will recommend Simply Moving to all my friends and family for their next move.

The movers were on time and took their time to ensure that all the items were properly protected for the move. The price was fair for the amount of work they had to do. My only two complaints would be: 1- We wanted to move the payment to a different credit card but the mover seemed confused by that and we let it go as it wasn't that important 2- The mover apparently felt the new apartment was "too small" and made commentary on that. His opinion was not asked or wanted. They were not there to determine if our items would fit in the new apartment, to play interior decorator or to express his thoughts. Move the items and keep your opinions to yourself. All that said, I would probably use them again because the most important thing was to make sure everything arrived undamaged.

Great experience overall. They came early and finished the job quickly. They wrapped all furniture thuroughly. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is they asked about the tip before the job was done. Tips are extra and should not be asked about.

The experience was easy and fast. The movers came early, worked efficiently and quickly. The price quoted was the price I paid. I would definitely recommend these movers.

Tony's team of movers did a professional job, which included several bulky pieces they had to navigate through tight spaces and steps. A few minor dings and one small chip, but given the degree of difficulty, I can live with it. Price was competitive, if not cheap. I would use Simply Moving again and feel comfortable recommending them.

Like any moving company, you'll have some glitches - but the guys that came out did a nice job.

The crew arrived 30min late, but packed everything carefully and very quickly. I moved into a 5 floor walkup and they carried heavy furniture and boxes without any trouble or complaints. Will be recommending this service to my friends who are moving soon!
