Somehow my husband keeps getting a monthly delivery of diapers and we cannot find a way to get it stopped. He spent 3 hrs on the phone one day trying to get ahold of this company. Even his health insurance doesn't have a way to contact this company! We now have 5 boxes of 54 diapers! The website link goes nowhere and I can't find a phone number for them either.

Failure by Amazon deliverer's to following simple instructions resulted in stolen packages. Deliveries left out in open on front steps. Simply Medical negatively impacted by poor delivery services.

I had my medical today for renewing my driving licences at 70years old . My GP wanted to charge me £160 for this service . I booked online with this company mid week £49 and had it done today locally in their great fitted out mobile facility. Great friendly service & staff ,good communication and they arrived 30mins ahead of time They messaged me this morning so I was there when they turned up . Absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending their brilliant service . Don’t be held to ransom by your greedy GPs just get in touch with these guys

Had my hgv medical today in Cheltenham, nicely fitted out van with nurse/receptionist and doctor they did everything they were supposed to fast and efficient service and at a bargain price of £50. I would definitely recommend these guys

Horrible customer service. I ordered an item and received something completely different. I reached out to customer care to see if I could return the wrong item and have the right one sent and was told they don’t do exchanges. I provided proof it was the wrong item and got no support at all. Horrible experience, will not be using them again.
