I placed an order on Nov 25th 2021 and still not arrived. On top of that, I just received an email stating that now it will ship late February that too not 100% sure. Not satisfied with them at all. I will not suggest anyone to do business with Simply Mac.

I went to Simply Mac at The Avenue to transfer the content of my current iPad to my new one. Thomas was my sales/tech person and he did an outstanding job with the migration. Thomas is a very personable,professional and capable person and is a great representative of this location and Simply Mac

Horrible customer experience. On November 11 2021 I ordered 2 of the new iPads from Simply Mac as Christmas gifts. My credit card was immediately charged (most companies wait until the item ships to charge you). There was no indication of whether the iPads were in stock so I emailed the orders email on 11-13 and promptly received a reply saying that they were on back order. Since then I have received ZERO communication. My account shows that the order is unfulfilled. I have sent multiple requests inquiring about the order and asking that it be cancelled. I am getting no response. Not even a message say my email has been received. When I call the customer service number there’s no way to talk to a person as I’m sure you know. Yesterday I went to a retail store only to be told they couldn’t help me with an online order. So here we are on 12-28. I have a large charge on my credit card made 11-11, no iPads and no response from multiple inquires.

DO NOT BUY! They sent me a Mac book pro that was locked and belonged to a school.

Guess I should have read the reviews before using the Simply Mac on St Simons Island, Georgia. A simple screen replacement could not be done in the office so they had to order a whole new phone. Great! I get a new phone. Wait.....I get a BLANK new phone as they didn't back up my phone correctly. All of the information on the phone, including irreplaceable photos..."I am sorry there is nothing we can do, " says Chandler the "operations manager."

I would like to give this business a 0 star review but it's not possible! I guess I can say that the store was clean. They charged me $80 to run a diagnostic on my daughter's MacBook Air an backed it up with a thumb-drive I provided, said they had done all they could when picked up. The computer would not turn on when we got home. After about 45 mins, it finally came on only to shut down unexpectedly after a few minutes (original problem). Apple store in Birmingham fixed the computer overnight(no charge due to AppleCare+,of which SimplyMac was aware). When my daughter attempted to reinstall data from the thumb-drive, she discovered that SimplyMac as applied a password to the drive without telling her resulting in another hour or two trying to reinstall her data! Basically all SimplyMac did was charge me $80 to keep the computer for 2 days and return it in worse condition than when they received it! STAY CLEAR of SimplyMac! They imply that they can repair Apple products but clearly they cannot! A TOTAL RIPOFF!! Unless you enjoy giving money away, DO NOT take use this store for any service related issue! SHAMEFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!! This review is also posted on YELP.

I try to get my phone repaired on jun 28 it is now july 15 still do not have my trade in, but they made sure to take my 99 dollars at the beginnin. It Has been a truly terrible experience. do not. One here if you want Efficiency. do not cone here if you value your time. Do not come here if you expect to have updates if something is 3 weeks late. Do not come here if you want anything other then excuses
