Hi, My Simply Eyeglasses experience was painless. You'll notice many people complain about the time of shipping and also the lack of being able to call customer service. I've had a great experience through emails and even updated me about the timing without prompt. My glasses came nice and new and perfect. I would definitely use Simply Eyeglasses again, just beware, they do take a longer time than your usual trip to the eyecare center, but I think it's worth it.
