Order and shipping disaster
I ordered a pair of Prada sunglasses on April 28, 2014 and I received notification a few days later that the sunglasses were out of stock. They estimated a month before they received a new order from the manufacturer. Once they received the sunglasses they advised they would inspect the glasses and ship them priority 2 day shipping for the inconvenience. It took USPS 6 days to deliver the box. Upon opening everything looked great only there is white paint in between the top of the left lens and the frame. Not going to complain because the glasses were $100 less than Sunglass Hut. Their customer service was great considering this mess but it wasn't anything they could've prevented. Would shop here again!

i am still waiting...takes time...and pacience
They have very good frames with prescrption. As soon as they have the frame in stock....is allright....but if they dont have it....you have to have a lot of pacience.....takes time.. I do recomend this storebon line without hesitate. Hugs Enrique.

Hi Enrique, Unfortunately we cannot stock all the frames on our site. We try to keep prices as low as possible. In order to do this we do not stock and instead order directly from the manufacturer. This also insures authenticity. We will not order from just anyone, it has to be the manufacturer that is liscensed to distribute a particular designer's eyewear. The manufacturer will from time to time run into inventory issues. I apologize for your wait but thank you for your patience. Good results with several orders. Thorough attention to detail with customer. Delivery time can get become a problem for some.

Good prices on hard-to-find frames.
The only gripe I have is that the processing took longer than they said it would. I ordered frames only and it took 4 days instead of 1-3. Other than that, a good experience.
