Hello, Being from Canada, it's tricky to order from a USA site. Will there be customs costs and inflated shipping costs. Although I did have to pay more for shipping to Canada, I bought new sunglasses for $150 less than I would have in Canada. I will def order from you again and share my experience for others! I selected the same frames that I purchased from my eye doctor and the same prescription. What a difference! I see more clear now and paid almost half the price. I couldn't believe it. I won't buy more glasses from my doctor anymore. Thanks. Ivan

considering my optometrist tried many sources to replace this frame which I accidentally broke and was unsucessful, simply eyeglasses came through even though IT WAS NECESSARY FOR THEM TO PLACE MY ORDER OVERSEAS!!! they advised that it would take a little longer due to having to go out of the country and kept me advised of the status every step of the way. I would recommend simply eyeglasses to family, friends, etc. if ever needed, especially in the event of an emergency. majiel costanzo 6/4/14

Ordered my glasses and mixed up the prescription. Contacted customer service they informed me to return the glasses and they would make another set of lenses free of charge. Excellent turnaround time. Thanks guys!

I live in the UK and my daughter's favorite glasses had been stepped on by a very clumsy brother. We were unable to buy the brand in the UK as they were originally bought in Portugal. I tracked a pair of the same glasses down to SimplyEyeglasses in the States for a brilliant price and as I was traveling to New York soon I ordered them to be sent to the hotel with the help of Linda. Linda was fantastic and sorted the whole thing out for me and the glasses were waiting in the mail room of my hotel upon arrival. I was worried but needn't have been, everything went very smoothly and I will have one very happy 12yr old when she gets her favorite glasses back on her birthday. Thanks so much! Clair Matthews
