Although the colour I chose for my frame was unavailable, they wrote to me and even call me to see what I wanted to do and everything went really good. So really good service but kind of disappointed that my colour wasn't available.

Delivery was quick and the order was exactly what I needed.

The glasses look OK overall. The left lens has a small gap between it and the frame. Also, the left lens protrudes past the frame on one side, whereas, the right lens is seated perfectly. It as if two different people did the two lenses.

The frames I wanted were not available from my eye doctor, so I searched for the specific frames and sizes I wanted, and only SimplyEyeglasses.com had both of them. They were the authentic brands and matched my old frames EXACTLY (I wanted new versions of the frames I had bought three years ago). The Revolution frames were scratched in to places but not enough to go through the hassle of a return. The Kensie frames were perfect. Please note I got frames only and can't comment on prescriptions.

I invested a lot of time in locating a vendor from which I would order the eyeglasses I desired. I also invested a lot of time reviewing the inventory of SimplyEyeglasses.com to find the glasses I wanted. Although the manufacturer of the frames for the glasses I wanted had discontinued the frames, the SimplyEyeglasses staff was very responsive to this situation and made it a point to speak with me person-to-person. I subsequently found another frame I wanted and they were quick to confirm the availability of that frame and placed the order immediately. I had questions regarding how to use their web site to select other components of the lens I desired and the staff was extremely patient to walk me through the process and how to understand each component I desired for the lens. I have received the eyeglasses exactly on time as they promised and I could not be happier with the glasses. They helped me solve a somewhat unique requirement I have for my glasses, after I had spent several months looking for some place with the solution I needed.

Can't complain about selection or price, but the checkout process needs to be brought more in line with e-commerce standard. Most sites have you enter payment and shipping info, then on the next page you review your choices before submitting your order. Not here. The final review page is skipped entirely and the order goes straight to submitted with no way to make alterations. I wanted to upgrade my shipping speed, but couldn't do it. Anyway, buy with confidence, but place your order carefully because it cannot be easily changed.
