I am so glad that I "discovered" SimplyEyeglasses.com. They sent me my first pair of glasses I ordered. My eye dr. messed up my prescription. And I didn't like the frame. Stephanie and Tracy are wonderful, wonderful wonderful to work with. I sent the glasses back and was told by Tracy what to do and they will redo the glasses after seeing the eye dr. again and change out the frame, NO CHARGE! I did a recheck with the eye dr. who corrected the prescription. Sent it to Stephanie by email and had my new beautiful glasses within the week!!!! You CANNOT beat customer service like that!!!! Awesome!!!! You will not go wrong by using this company!!!!!

The process was very simple. I sent in some sunglasses frames that I had and like along with my eye prescription. About a week later I received them back . They were exactly what I was hoping for. No doubt the best online RX glasses experience I have ever had.

The process was easy the frames are great over $100 cheaper for the same frames at pearl vision. Cindy was also very responsive and would I do this again? Absolutely and I will try lenses next time!

Staff emailed me quickly addressing all of my concerns, they were very helpful and most inexpensive company I found. I was pleasantly surprised how seamlessly the entire transaction was and I just love my frames!

My order was backorderd so took longer but they told me upfront Price was competitive and quality of frames, lenses and craftsmanship excellent - I was concerned about getting glasses "mailed" to me from specs i sent in - but results are great.
