Beautiful but heavy
I love the look of my new glasses, but I was shocked at the weight of the frames. They are significantly heavier than any I have previously owned. Over a few days I adjusted to the weight of them on my face. The clip-on sunglasses are detailed with the same design as the frames which gives them a high end designer look. Beautiful.

Hi Tracy, I researched the frame you ordered. I can see that the design of the temples are quite wide. Maybe that's the issue or at least part of it. Also could the lenses be part of the issue? Finding Rosir spectacles!
Simply Eyeglasses.com has the Ronsir frames that I like and for a decent deal. Their online ordering is good - but if there is ANY question, you must call and speak to a service representative. I had to order twice, due to the information on the website being just a little confusing to me - but the service rep handled it with grand style and another pair of glasses was on the way, pronto. All-in-all, not a bad experience, considering the savings over "retail" outlets.

Overall the experience was excellent. I was given excellent customer service, and the glasses I received are exactly as I'd ordered. The price was right. My only negative is that my glasses are slightly loose on my head, but perhaps I ordered them slighty too big? Thanks for the quality experience.

Everything went perfectly, if not a little slowly
Customer service was superb. Glasses took longer than I expected to arrive (they, evidently, didn't process my order for a while), but were perfect when they got to me.

Just a few bumps in the road
First pair were shipped with the magnetic sunglass clip half clipped to the front of glasses. this caused some scratches on lenses. They were more than willing to replace the lenses but unfortunately I had to send the glasses back in but they did start the new lenses before I sent the glasses in so I would be without my glasses for less time. Overall a good experience once we got past the shipping error.

fast accurate and a pleasant experience
my order was taken and the end product was to specification. i was very happy with the results and would definitely use the service again (by the way this is my second order so i am a returning customer). anyone looking for an affordable and reliable service to get prescriptions filled should consider using simplyeyeglasses.com. i did and i am sold!!

The prices are hard to argue with, but if something is going to be backordered the customer should know upfront, not be told after the order is placed.
The minor issues with shipping are worth the price reduction I'd say

Hello Liam, We order all frames directly from the manufacture to ensure authenticity,this keeps our prices low. Everyone in the country orders from the same manufacturers, so inventory changes on a daily basis. I wish there was a way to let our customers know if a frame is back order or has been discontinued for an order placed. We do notify all customers within one business day of placing an order.
