The product was exactly as expected but I screwed up and ordered the wrong color (I wasn't sure which I had fallen in love with at the store). They let me exchange without any issue and were quick about it. Also, waaaaay less expensive than in the optometrist's.

While the frames I ordered were on back order... Once they shipped they arrived quickly, exact prescription, with no problems and worth the wait... Pravda frames at this cost is remarkable. I really couldn't be happier and will certainly reorder with SimplyEyeglasses next time...

i found this company to be very professional. i order all of my frames online as I require new glasses quite frequently due to many issues with my eyes. They have good prices, VERY timely service and most important a real live person to talk to if there is a problem unlike another company I dealt with ONE TIME. I will use them again as they have a great selection of frames.

My glasses were in their case when they were rolled over by a pickup truck. Incredibly, the lenses were fine, but the frames cracked. I went to the store where I bought the frames and they said the frames were no longer available. I did a search online and found the exact frames at SimplyEyeglasses.com. I got them in a about a week, took them to the place where I originally bought my glasses and they put my lenses in the frames. This was great! I really liked the frames and it cost a lot less than buying a new pair of glasses.

I hate being sold to and hassled which is why I have become an online shopper for the most part with the exception of my independent stores in my neighborhood in Manhattan. I wanted a certain pair of Persol frames to put my RX into. SimpleEyeglasses.com started out with a huge selection to choose from and when the frame I wanted wasn't in stock (discontinued by the mfg) They were very helpful in not only finding an alternate pair but honoring the lower price of the original I had ordered which was less expensive. I Immediately sent in and ordered my RX for one of my own pair of frames and will continue to use SimplyEyeglasses for all my eyewear needs in the future. Excellent!
