The frames I selected were on backorder, so it took 6 weeks to receive my glasses. The frames were as pictured and the lenses are excellent.

The glasses I ordered are fantastic. They are authentic D & G not copies and look great. But I traced their trip to Australia from America and it took 6 weeks and went via every country in South America Was a bit worried it was a scam for drug haulage. Ok in the end.

We have ordered 2 pr glasses from Simply Eyeglasses.com. One was for my husband, the other was mine. We both had lens issues which SimplyEyeglasses was happy to resolve (although it was a long wait to get them). My husband is VERY happy with his glasses after they fixed his lens issue. I also have a frame fit issue, but they cannot help me because I already had the lens issue - you are only allowed one return. So, I have really nice, $600 glasses that are WICKED UNCOMFORTABLE. Yes, I tried these frames on in a store before ordering them, but if you wear glasses, you know you need to wear them awhile before you really know how they will work out. So, while the price is great, you really have to weigh whether the monetary savings is worth not being able to have someone fix the problems with your frames, or order you a different size frame at no charge. (NOTE: Local optometrists will NOT adjust glasses that were purchased online, nor will they fix anything wrong with the frames.)

The glasses fit well and I am happy with them. They came quickly and the transition lenses work well. They, however, are not for driving as the tinted car windows don't let them darken enough. They are great for shopping and in and out of places.

It was easy to find the frames I wanted and the price was much lower than at the boutique shop where I tried them on. My glasses came in a couple weeks and are perfect. Good customer service as well when I needed to get another copy of my receipt; I received a timely response.
