When I got my progressives (a little later than promised), I was upset to discover that the lower portion of the lens was not big enough to magnify more than a few lines of text at a time. I explained this to Customer Service, and they were wonderful: clear instructions, free shipping back to the company, and expedited service so that I got the new glasses within days. The results? Perfect! They really had great follow-through.

Purchased pair of glasses at less than half the price. The frames were out of stock so had to wait several weeks, while not an issue for me may be a problem for anyone needing glasses right away. Customer Service was excellent even calling with a reminder to send my prescription. Also, sent a pair of glasses to have new prescription lenses put in. Both glasses are great!

I have been dealing with this supplier since 2009 and have always had superb customer service. Fast response time and quickest shipping times available. On this occasion, the first time I bought totally rimless frames, I was less than satisfied how the lenses were secured to the Frame. It looked very crooked when oriented on my face as it is not level when even on a flat surface. I feel bad to post here before first making it known to customer service directly, because I received nothing but superior service over the years, just been too busy to make this "complaint". Otherwise great prices and value for money.

The service was great, the lenses were per the prescription, and the eyeglasses arrived in a timely manner. However, the lens shape was not quite what I expected from what was shown on the website. Also, the order included scratch resistant lenses. I have been wearing glasses for more than 55 years, and have not seen lenses scratch this easily. So I'm not sure whether this is an issue with the Kodak high index lens, or simply a general quality issue.

I wasn't sure if I could find lenses to fit my existing Silouette frame but SimplyEyeglasses fixed me right up at a very decent price. They were prompt and communicated with me well.

The customer service was very good. I was looking for polarized sunglasses and thought I was getting them. They sent me a new pair without even waiting for me to send back the wrong pair. The website did not offer the option to order the specific polarized sunglasses I wanted.
