Easy no hiccups great customer service

I'll likely be purchasing another pair very soon.

I sent my glasses back twice because I couldn't make up my mind. I didn't like progressive lenses, then I didn't like transition lenses. They were wonderful. No isues at all. They essentially made my glasses three times and it didn't cost me any extra, just 6 bucks to ship them back.

I bought 2 glasses from them and each time, they patiently exchanged the glasses for me because of structural flaws in the frames. No questions asked.

Great service, very understanding staff and a fine end product made to my specification!
