Everything was done in a good manner. Only reason I could not rate 5 stars is that the parcel took 26 days to reach me in New Zealand!

SimplyEyeGlasses.com called me up the day after I ordered my glasses and made a suggestion on how my glasses could be configured more effectively and would cost less. That's a rare experience anywhere, let alone an on line vendor. The only reason I'm not rating at 5 stars is that my order took 6 weeks to be delivered. I thought that was a little long. I ordered prescription rayban sunglasses and got a very good price compared to local optical shops. The ordering process was easy and I didn't have any problems. My only 'complaint' is that it took quite a while to get the glasses delivered--26 days from online order to receipt of the glasses

We had already started processing your lenses with your measurement from your previous order. We did have to restart the lens process due to the change this contributed to the delay in your order. Staff told me I could do my own PD measurement with a simple ruler. I am myopic with astigmatism. Measuring PD requires Optical equipment. Don't want to rely on my unprofessional measurement AND then pay for glasses that are misaligned with my pupils.
