My order was not delivered while I was on the road. Followed me home a week later. Deserve a serious discount!

I have a special prescription and called customer service prior to placing my order. The representative did not let me explain my case and tried to tell me my prescription is not possible. That it must be an error, or the handwriting is sloppy. It was type and stamped by my licensed optometrist!!! I went ahead and uploaded my prescription and placed my order. Once they were delivered, I put them on and got a headache IMMEDIATELY!!! I took the glasses to my eye doctor to verify that the lenses matched the prescription they signed off on for me. IT WAS TOO STRONG! Simplyeyeglasses.com didn't bother to verify the prescription, as the customer service agent said they would, and changed it as they saw fit. The only reason I went through simply eyeglasses.com was because they had my MUST HAVE frame. I recommend ordering frames from the company and having the lenses filled by your eye doctor.

My eyesight isn't that bad. its about negative 1.5 on each side. So I choose to get my sunglass prescriptions from simple eyeglasses. I choose plastic and chose the shade grey. Initially I was excited when I got the sunglasses. However, after wearing them couple times I notice that the lens have some sort of distortion. Moreover, it feels like I get dizzy when I wear them for a long time. Took a chance with an online company. They didn't deliver the quality I was expecting. I will most definitely not be sending them another pair to do my sunglasses.

I waited 2 months for glasses. I finally cancelled my order and got a refund. Won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered a pair of glasses, because I got the best price on the frame I wanted. The lens prices were comparable to other internet vendors. The glasses were ordered with anti reflective coating, but were delivered without. I send them back and the omission was corrected. Thinking this was just a one time glitch I ordered a second pair of glasses. The same thing happened all over again, the glasses arrived without anti reflective coating and had to be sent back. Customer Service paid me $ 10 for my trouble, however, this was erased when I got charged another $10 on my credit card. I paid an extra fee for edge rolling on both pairs, which was not done. I didn't want to pursue the issue of a refund, I can live with that. At this point I simply have had it.
