Hello Giovanna, Your prescription sunglasses were shipped August 6th, 7 business days after your order was placed. I have tracked your package, it arrived in Malta today. The package must have been delayed due to custom issues, this does happens sometimes. We had no idea you had not received your sunglasses, we could have open an investigation. Mr. Schalin, I do apologize for your disappointment with our company. The original PERSOL we received was defective. When reordering the frame it was on a manufacture back order. We order all frames directly from the manufacture to ensure authenticity. This keeps our prices low. We gave you a return authorization on 7/28/14. We have not received your eyeglasses back as of today. We will issue you a full refund. If you don't mind, I would like to have my laboratory manager inspect your eyeglass lenses. Hello Scott, I have reviewed your order. I was unable to locate a previous order from Simply Eyeglasses. In your new order there is no reference to a previous order or that you had a problem. We honor all manufacture warranties for the period of one year for manufacture defects. All emails are answered within one business day. Please, contact me directly. We do not stock any of the over 60,000 frames we have on our site. This keeps our prices low to pass on to our customers. Frames are fashion, unfortunately some are so popular they go on back order or they do not sell at all and they are discontinued. We try very hard to keep the frames on site current. Hello Mr. Rova, I do apologize for your inconvenience. The Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses were to us from Italy taking 7-10 to business days for us to receive. The sunglasses were shipped to you in Sweden on May 16. I have tracked your package, it states you were unavailable on the 30th. USPS only show the package has been in transit sure why it has taken so long,for you to receive your package from the United States.
