This is my third set of frames that SimplyEyeglasses has put lenses in. Great job each time. The best costumer service 5 Star ++++. I’d recommend them to anyone needing glasses or frames. Received my glasses and just cannot say enough about how great they look, feel, and the progressive lens are perfect. This is the first time to ever order prescription glasses on line. Not only did I save money, the frames were of high quality. I will definitely order more in the future. Customer service was beyond helpful and this is very important to me. I would give the ladies that helped me thousands of stars. So all this being said do not hesitate if having any doubt about ordering your glasses from this company. Last year I was searching for a particular frame and they had it online at SimplyEyeglasses.com for a great price. Turns out they were out of stock and the manufacturer wasn't making that style any longer so I canceled my order. One of their employees, Tracy, went out of her way and found a pair with one their reps and called me to let me know. Not only are the prices very competitive but the customer service is outstanding.

Just received my fourth pair of glasses from Simply Eyeglasses. This last pair was a rimless progressive eyeglass. Not only was the frame beautiful but the progressive lens was lined up perfectly, just as the last three pair were. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. The first time you order on-line can be a little scary, especially if you have progressive lenses, but I can assure you that you will be very pleased with the results.

Called next day to let me know glasses backordered with company. Asked if I wanted to cancel , said yes money was returned same day. Great customer service!!!

I cannot express how happy I am with the experience I had with Simply Eyeglasses. I was lucky to work with one of the owners, Cindy, who treated me with more care and attention than I have received in a brick and mortar establishment. The saying "you don't know what you don't know" was so very true and Cindy made sure that my glasses would be perfect for me - and they are! Not only did she research the frames that were most like the ones I had (but could no longer wear since my Westie puppy chewed them) but had them delivered to her so she could confirm that they were the frames for me and sent me a photo of them, but she made sure I had them prior to making a trip which was almost a miracle given the short turn around time. Nothing short of magic and I have been and will continue to recommend Simply Eyeglasses to my friends and family and all the people I don't know who compliment me on my glasses! You don't need to look any further for a superior product with superior customer service!
