I first ordered from Simplpens on Thursday, May 21st. I was excited and looking forward to receiving my pens. I thought 5-9 days shipping is usually not that bad, as its almost always the lower end of the shipping time in my experience. Well I didn't receive my tracking until Monday, May 25th, which just sat with a "label printed" for almost 9 whole days. In this time, I reached out to Simplpens for support, and ended up sending 2 messages over 3 days (factoring in a weekend), before I got a response. Apparently, my package had just "cleared customs" according to support. So make sure you're prepared to wait up to double their actual listed shipping times, as it appears they aren't fully transparent that they are dropshipping their products from out of country, as opposed to fulfilling them here. Maybe I just didn't ask all the right questions. Anyway, fast forward to Saturday, June 6th and I finally received my package. Everything was actually packed nicely in the package (its a bag, not a box) and everything was in great condition. The pens were just as good as I had hoped for, and the iridium nibs were in perfect condition and flow smooth as can be. The pens are weighted perfect, and writing with them is a dream. Overall the pens themselves are a 10/10. Shipping and support on the other hand could use some work.

Ordered through Instagram. I waited …. I’m updating my review: after 40 days the pens have finally arrived. They look nice and write very well.
