Nasty customer support for a bad product
Searching for a job sucks, so I tried their paid version. I immediately tried it out on a few jobs from a few websites and was really disappointed. AI was filling crap in fields that aren't even asking for an answer. The generic things to be filled took much longer than what I'd do, way too long to be useful. Also, several fields weren't filled at all or filled outright incorrectly. So within an hour of getting the service, I cancelled and reached out to customer support asking for a refund on their pricey product. First they didn't answer, and after 2 more inquiries they said I won't be refunded because that's their policy. So basically I was scammed. The product will probably improve over times, but I now hate these people.
