The website and extension look sleek, the advertised features also. Sadly it seems to be mostly show. For me a European customer on most websites not even the auto fill feature works. The extension is also not able to scan the job description properly. The customer support is not helpful either and just ignores you when you want a refund. 20$ for a week is very expensive already, but it's even crazier when the service doesn't deliver. I can only say, please don't use their service, make a PDF with your information for copy and paste and buy a LLM subscription for a month to let it scan job descriptions for you.

They use a scripted demo of their product to convince you that their product is good, and have you go through the process of uploading your resume and making a profile before they insist that you cannot use the product unless you put in a paid subscription. They do not tell you that they have a no refunds policy so if you realize that their AI is absolutely terrible at making resumes that would pass a human reader, you're totally out of luck! I was out of luck on this one, don't follow me into this trap! This company gets an A for just attractiveness but an F in integrity from me.

I subscribed to Simplify plus for a month with a hope to ease out my job application process, and because the website promised easier job applications. But I realized in one day that they are not up to the mark. The resume was not tailored properly. I had to maintain and do most of the tasks manually and I cancelled in 1 day. Here is the WORST part. They do not have a refund policy in place. It does not mention anywhere on their website that they do not refund subscriptions. Had I known this, I would have subscribed for fewer days. They do not have a trail version as well, which makes it more important for customers to be able to get a refund if they don’t like the product. And when I reached out to the customer service, the guy refused to refund, then agreed and then backtracked saying that he confused my ticket to someone else’s and I cannot get a refund. Later, he offered me to use it free for a month or give it to my friends to use. Why would I use such a website again, or ask my friends to waste their time on it, and get their credit card details compromised as well. They seem to be a money grabbing business. Overall, worst customer experience. It’s about integrity of the company as a whole here. I will definitely go to all customer forums and talk about this, and raise a dispute against the company to my account. I am sure there will be more people who have something to say about it, and have not been able to yet.
