Don’t fall for this trap. After purchasing an annual subscription to Simplified.co, I encountered immediate functionality issues with their post scheduling tool, which only operated correctly on the initial day of use. Despite promptly reaching out with evidence of the malfunctions through screenshots and video recordings, their customer service response was markedly delayed, with initial contact taking three weeks and subsequent replies spanning days to weeks. This pattern of protracted communication and ineffective resolutions persisted over a six-month period. Ultimately, the issue was addressed, and I received a refund for the unused portion of my subscription. However, the refund did not account for the extensive period during which the service was inoperable, nor the inconvenience and potential business impact incurred. The lack of a timely and effective support solution and the absence of compensation for the period when the service was non-functional were highly unsatisfactory.

Simplified offers a great suite of creative tools in their app for generating and scheduling content including AI generative tools. I trialled their free tier to look at their functionality and originally was impressed with their offering compared to their competitors - unfortunately this ended rather abruptly once they experienced an issue and handled it very poorly. Simplified experienced an outage with their cloud provider, as a result of this their website was working but the app itself did not load with no information available. There is no status or outage page available, I asked their support team twice and this was not produced. After the first time I mentioned the outage to their support team, I received a canned response which mentioned the details of the issue ( props to them! ) and set the expectation of providing updates on the event and also an update when service would be restored. Neither of these things happened and this was the last I heard back from their support team. Unfortunately due to the nature of the tool - availability is imperative to performance. The support team is far too in its infancy and has many lessons to learn before this is a viable application to use. I have since moved everything off Simplified and shifted to Social Champ, which _does_ have a status page and offers the same sorts of features.

Don't make any payments on their website. I initially paid for a yearly subscription of $80, but a few months later, I canceled the auto-renewal and stopped using the app. I completely forgot about it until yesterday when I realized they had saved my card details, even though I had deleted them. Unfortunately, they charged me $110 without notifying me or sending an email. They are very unscrupulous as they don't provide refunds, and now I understand why.
