They scammers. Called me everyday until I signed the contract. Used the service for 1 months and realized I’ve hired wrong guys. Email them and texted on Watsaap told them to cancel the service but no response. Ignoring and still charging my card. Had to file a claim with my bank
Response from Simplex GroupOct 16, 2025
Hello Shavkat, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. After reviewing your case, we found that your account was successfully closed, and a termination confirmation email was sent. A refund was also processed as a courtesy due to the confusion caused by a previous miscommunication regarding our cancellation policy. We truly value your business and regret any frustration this situation may have caused. Our goal is always to provide clear communication and a smooth experience for all our clients. If you have any further questions or need confirmation of your refund, please feel free to contact our Customer Care team at [email protected]. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make things right. — Simplex Group Customer Experience Team
