Horrible service, gosh charge , one time you pay never help you en nothing it’s a sale business, only sale a sand castle that it .. u need help they sale something extra but never work . you have to take care of your bussines or your going bad 100% , try and let me know latter alligator!

I am very please with Mr Luis Miguel Sanchez our account manager factoring. He has a great customer service he always gives more than 100%. He is always there when we need him he is also a great teacher I have learn so much in how to download all my documents. Thank you Mr Luis Miguel Sanchez for your wonderful help I really appreciated. No vayan a esta compañia es horrible la falta de comunicacion, pone servicios no se los cobran es su culpa y ni por pena le quiren ayudar mi consejo busque otra Empresa q se preocupe por usted Como cliente y no pase lo que yo pase!!!!!

Esta compañía no sirve , entre las trabajadoras no hay comunicación y se llevan mal, parece que no es un equipo de trabajo y el que sale afectado con los problemas internos es el cliente , tuve que pagar multas por permisos que supuestamente ya habían realizado y aún después de un año me siguen llegando correo para que trabaje con ellos y que tengo que pagar 200 dólares por su mal trabajo , no se cambian al programa de alcohol y droga que no saben lo que hacen , mi experiencia fue fatal , jamás volvería a trabajar con simplex

When I first spoke with Simplex Group about helping with my IRP, IFTA and Insurance they were more than happy to help. They returned my emails and calls promptly and answered any questions I had. After agreeing to go with them to handle all 3 of these things, I was given 2 different reps. One handles my insurance and the other IRP/IFTA. The original person I spoke with was wrong on about 50% of what we discussed. IRP and IFTA became a headache and the new rep, obviously, has no idea about procedures and steps needed to obtain IRP/IFTA in Texas. Despite paying the money up front, I have basically done the IRP on my own. Still awaiting IFTA, she will bo longer answer my emails or provide me with any information. I'm at a loss. My insurance rep was terrific up front. We were able to obtain the insurances needed fairly quickly and reasonably. Since then it has been a disaster trying to get coverages updated and making any necessary changes. I was never given login info to make my insurance payment and already have been sent a notice of cancellation. I don't believe this falls on my personal agent, but his hire up's. Still unacceptable and problem has not been solved. Do yourself a favor and turn to another company. They don't care about you or your livelihood.
