Signed up as a Canadian customer..
Signed up as a Canadian customer.. Tested keywords, triggers and nothing worked. support is via chat and is horrible. This product is not as advertised. It sucks

This company is terrible
This company is terrible. The customer service is garbage and they do not do what they say they will. I ported a phone number over to simple texting 23+ days ago and have been waiting for the number to be activated but was told it would be done same day, or in some rare cases 4-7 days. My number for messaging has been in limbo since the beginning of August and it has caused me a loss of business and lost money. The customer service does nothing to help and is impossible to get on the phone.
