Three Years of Excellent SMS Support
Our firm has been using SimpleTexting for over 3 years now. We regularly use this application to text communications back and forth with over 6000 people. The technical support team has been super supportive not only with understanding the problems we may have, but educating us about the technology of texting. Their support is always prompt and thorough. While other apps offer SMS communications, our excellent experience with SimpleTexting makes us uninterested in exploring other SMS apps.

Beware you don’t get refunds for paying in advance if you decide to switch companies
I’ve been a loyal customer for several years. My booking software now has a texting system and I just inquired about getting a refund for unused credits. I pre-pay for the year and I’m a heavy user so it was over $700 that we paid in February. I was just told that I am unable to get a refund for unused credits which I find is bad business. I will be dumping them the second that my credits are used up and will probably run some texting campaigns to burn through it faster just to put this behind me. Another issue with SimpleTexting is when I use talk to text it repeats everything that I say at least twice so then it is a pain to have to go back manually and correct every time they blame my phone my phone does not do this with any other app. Disappointed that they didn’t do right by me for this request Be wary of paying in advance because they don’t do refunds
