I recently signed up for Simple Sonic for their basic shared hosting plan and their support was lightning fast helping with the migration. I couldn't be happier with my onboarding experience. The performance is about the same as my former webhost Cloud Access who are raising their prices by 40%! Simple Sonic is my new go-to for budget hosting and so I'll be moving more of my sites over here next month after I've given it a fair trial. PS. I love the Simple Sonic website btw. I use SimpleSonic both for my personal website, and for my small business. For my business, I have custom made web processes and software that must interface in intricate ways to get the job done. To facilitate this, SimpleSonic support has been absolutely STELLAR. I have worked with them numerous times to tweak features on my account suited for power users. I have asked silly questions. Each and every time the reply is prompt, courteous, and thorough. My biggest pet peeve with companies is when you open a support ticket and someone blows it off with a measly 5-word sentence or an autogenerated message. SimpleSonic has always taken my questions seriously and earnestly assisted me in addressing issues -- even debugging. The rates are good, the reliability is wonderful, and support team truly makes makes me feel valued. Very happy with them!

I am on the Internet 28+ years, used quiet a number of hosting companies for myself and countless clients. I've been a reseller customer for two months.
