What they offer does not match the information on the page. You cannot connect a simple website to a database.

We feel this review is completely unjustified. You signed up with us and immediately opened a ticket saying you could not connect to a database on a remote server. We explained to you that only local database connections are permitted. (Note: This is also clearly stated in our FAQ.) You then immediately submitted a cancellation request because remote database connections are not supported. We cancelled the account per your request and provided you a full refund and you then immediately came to Trustpilot and gave us this bad review. Our suggestion to you would be to simply ask the hosting provider if remote database connections are supported prior to ordering. Doing so would save time and effort on both parties.
