Simplero's support is super helpful and friendly. Though I wish they have a live chat support but even though they don't have one right now the implementation calls are helpful and the email supports are great. I get an answer usually within 1-3 hours after submitting a ticket which is not bad at all. You can even reopen a ticket in case you have another question relate to it which is amazing!

Simplero is the absolute in customer service in my book! No question is too big and the patience of the team is phenomenal! There are tons of guides and videos to help me, but if I get stuck (and believe me I do) all I have to do is ask. They either answer specifically or give me the link to the right video or guide with some explanation. They look at pages I've made or things I've set up when I send a screen shot or video showing my set up and tell me what I need to adjust.
