I know I wouldn't have even given them one star if I didn't have to but there is nothing at all good about simple mobile it's been three months of nothing but problems upon problems

CUTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT CANNOT SOLVE A PROBLEM. WAITED OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF TO JUST GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE. YOU CANNOT MOVE SIM CARD TO ANY OTHER PHONE THAT IS UNLOCKED. I THINK THEY USE THE GOVERNMENT SERVICE AND SIM CARDS. IT IS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE THAT I EVER HAD. I WILL NEVER USE THESE GUYS AGAIN.

Been with this company for 5 years can’t get no one on the phone for 3 days trying to refill on line telling me to call 1800 number but no answer and I’m disabled

This past month I have had a hard time getting a signal on my phone to text or call my phone keeps saying no mobile data no connection what's happening anybody !!!! can't get a hold of her real person and i hate that

Very very poor service, all I get is spam calls all day. Blocking does not work the calls keep on coming

Not even one star. Still waiting for a replacement phone after a month o f dealing with AI answering machine and half asleep customer service. Avoid this company they act like they don't want your business.Why they're still open??

No customer service, all day trying, Is big scam service, second time happening in my 2 number, Get hacked number, someone else using my number, phone with me,. Waiting in line 3 hours, no One pick up. CAREFUL USING SIMPLE MOBILE PHONE NUMBER, IS A BIG SCAMMER, HOW THEY HAVE BUSINESS , WITHOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLEASE DONT USE SIMPLE MOBILE SERVICE.. Good morning, I have been with company for 4 years, I was put in a situation today which I was not planning for my family to go through this horrific matter, called first to speak to a supervisor they said you can not speak to a supervisor where not allow to connect you, I said wow okay never heard of that before explained my situation and asked can I get an extension until this Friday,June 6th so I could obtain my service so I could receive calls from the dective and they told me sorry for your problems but know we cannot help you remember 4years so I do not recommend this company runnn.
