Not sure what is up with this WiFi device. Worked beautifully in the beginning. The last several months after 8 pm your can’t login to it no pics on security cam. Guess they don’t want business very badly. Everyone has a different excuse for why it’s happening. I always need to turn devise off and on when it’s 13 miles away. Really? Very frustrating. Someone actually raved about the service so thats why I started service with them. Guessing service is really good first couple of months. After that point service starts to tank. It’s attached to security camera for a reason. Not worth it when all I get is no clip no clip no clip. Check stability of WiFi network. Really? Did you not see security camera? Not sure I will renew if I can find another provider with a more stable network.

I would give no stars if that was an option! Simple Mobile lost my phone number of 12 years during a Sim card upgrade that they suggested! Tried for 8 hours with customer service to save my original phone number that they lost and could not find. While my phone number was lost they didn't give me a temporary phone number. I was without a phone! No one could reach me. Thank God there wasn't an emergency at home or work during this time. They said it could take up to 48hrs to retrieve my old number, but it wasn't guaranteed. So they expected me to wait 2 days without a phone just in hopes they might find my old phone number? The next morning I called to see if they had by chance found my old number that they lost. They said I needed to wait another 24hrs. I've been a loyal customer for 11 years and this is how they treat me. The company didn't do anything to try and compensate me for their mistake that cost me over 8 hours on the phone with customer service, 24 hours without a phone and the lost of a phone number that I had for 12 years. It baffles me how bad their technology is where they could lose a number and not retrieve it right away. This seems like a very simple procedure, but over 10 different repersentives and not one of them knew how to find my lost phone number that they lost! You would think since it's their mistake they be trying to reach out to me with updates showing that they are in the process of a solution and keep me in the loop of what's going on. Nope!!! I had to call to find out what was going on, and everytime I called I had to explain the whole situation and provide them with my old SIM#, my new SIM# and the IMEI. Such a waist of my personal time! Beyond poor customer service!

The worst. Simple mobile can literally rot in hell.

I recently had made a grave mistake of purchasing an IPhone from simplemobile. The incompetent offshored tech support was completely clueless in sorting out a simple problem : namely activating the phone. After wasting 2 days trying to tell these morons , I decided to pay a one time unlocking fees and change the carrier to AT&T. I have decided to never give this POS company any more of my personal business .

Customer service is horrible, they don't have their own towers and still charge a lot. I am waiting 30+ for someone to attend me on chat.

I find their customer service a waste of time. This company cannot provide you the simplest service of giving you a billing statement associated with your account and phone numbers as proof of use for critical personal business. Not only that, they make you run around in a loop pretending they can provide you with a certain service, knowing very well that they cannot. Their customer service representatives are trained to lie. They provide one with outrageous responses which defy logic. I was told to call my credit card company to get my monthly Simplemobile statement. Go figure. God help anyone trying to get their needs understood by their service representatives.

Worst,, Horrible, never has a signal

If I could give it zero I would. I bought this simple mobile phone just to have them activate it as a tracfone which wasn't what I wanted and now I spent 50$ on truly unlimited and can't add it because they say its activated as tracfone. So I can not use it for actual simple mobile services and the people on customer service couldn't give a f. Terrible service now I have to go without a number for a while because I can't add my service.
