Customer service is abysmal! They used to let you speak right to customer service after saying the magic phrases "customer service" 3 times in call after being asked what your calling for by the stupid automated voice. 2 times it says sorry we didn't get that and the third time it passes you off to a human. But that doesn't work anymore they throw you right into the same loop again... I have the $50/month plan and just bought a $25/month plan card from walmart it's literally all the money I have... After "refilling" with the new plan pin what I think they did is instantly force the $25/month plan card as payment onto the $50/month plan payment... I can't see it on my online account stash and when I go to purchase a $25/month plan card online and use the new plan card pin it says it's already been redeemed... After going through the customer ignorance "customer service" magic phrase loop and getting sent to square one 3 times I found a way to talk to customer service through "tech support" but was told office hours start at 8am... Now I'm waiting an hour and going to berate them for how crappy thier service is. If they don't start me fresh on a $25/month plan with that card specifically I bought today I'm dropping them like a bad habit!!!

I want to transfer my phone to other company , they are holding my transfer for more than 36 hours, for no reason eve .I have been with them for almost 10 years with our problem , I don’t know the reason, supuestamente my zip code is not the same , but I live in the same place for 17 year.

The worst costumer service ever! Switching carrier, and their customer service rep is intentionally not helping with giving me the right information to complete the transfer.

Unfortunately there is no choice for Zero stars. Phone wasn't working for the last 90 days ( supposedly because it's and older Simple Mobile phone) but they continue drafting my account. Last withdraw was yesterday. After I contacted customer service this morning and asked for refund my account was deactivated. Stupid me for dealing with this scam bags.

TERRIBLE customer service is a compliment for their service! There is NO ONE to talk to and if you finally reach someone they cant help you!

Amazingly poor. Seriously amazingly poor service. If you get someone, expect to get hung up on. I have automatic withdrawal and they still suspended service. Then they couldn't get it started again. I call, they troubleshoot, and then hang up on me. I have lost hours to these people. It's simple amazing!

This service SUCKS!!!! I have been on the website to transfer my number from another company. Big mistake there is no live agent and machine does not HELP after 30 minutes of waiting they hangup on me all that happen after verizon bought trac phone .

Had service for a while and it was always crap as was customer service, but felt obligated to write a review as the last phone I bouught, a 40 nokia literally will not work out of the box so I am bringing it back and getting a new service, thanks Nokia for convincing me to never buy another phone made by you and for dropping simple mobile, just thanks.
