TERRIBLE customer service! Everytime i call for technical support i always get someone that cannot speak english properly. They lie and say verification failed. They refuse to help. And they constantly purposely hang up the phone. Simple mobile has the WORST service! Every month i have problems with my phone. I have no been able to receive text messages in 2 months and nobody from simple mobile helps me. They are rude. Everytime i ask to speak to the manager they say “I AM THE MANAGER” . Would NOT recommend simple mobile to any1

Bought a phone and plan that equaled $100. Only for the service to deny app data usage. So I could make calls and receive them, make texts and receive, but could not use any app that required an internet connection without using WiFi. Apps just don't work even with an unlimited plan. I called them about this, kept paying for the service two more times, they never could fix it. So I wasted over $150 on a phone that denied access to apps without a WiFi connection. I would stay away from this company.

If I could rate them 0 I would. Awful service... awful all way around. Policy is a lie. They transfer phone call to what ever company to get you to hang up or transfer to another department. Some departments ask for money $200 to transfer number or $200 to unlock phone. Was transferred to automatic pay program. Run run run

I am tried to get my transfer number and they simple don't want to get it,they lied to me they don't give to me my account number to for my personal account hey the worst network ever

I am so disgusted with the level of customer care. Phone tech support sends you to Manila, and I am canceling the worst experience ever after Simple Mobile! Phone screwed up by Manila support. Two+ weeks, 17.35 hrs over 8 CSR calls in Manila, NO resolution to issue. Frustration turns to anger, and if I'm not valued, I do not value them! CSR, so-called tech support always lands in Manila, and no training leads to worse issues. You are never valued as a customer. After calling their only phone number, yep, Manila and wasted 17.3 hours over the eight phone calls to fix message blocking, unable to receive or send SMS and MMS messages. Spend your dollars else where, my advice to all. They get no more of my energy, they are dead to me.

phone has been locked for 3 weeks sent all the paper work they asked for, have sent 15 emails to the Fraud department no response phone plan is up to date on payments and they still won't unlock phone I complain to the BBB and the FFC I hope they will help me get my phone unlock Simple is the Worse!!!

Minus star if available. Worse service and customer service is absolutely desaster. Don't use.

Horrible service. Had a broken phone and was not allowed to transfer phone number because they could not text it. Bad service could not verify my account even though had the bill with payment info on it. Do NOT use simple mobile.
