Couldn't rate lower. Multiple reps lied, and either didn't understand my questions or just chose to answer something totally unrelated. It made me wonder if I was speaking clearly.

Just changed my SIM card at their request….I guess they are migrating to the Verizon network…all of a sudden my monthly plan got a price increase.won’t be staying with Simple….

Worst phone line provider in the word .most uneducated people get hired at customer services they rud and dont know how to use system and give you tons of problem and talk to you badly I do prposly to get you problem more longer and they don't care about !!!never ever want to hear from than anymore . Dont switch you phone number to them you can take it back easy when you want to switch to other provider.

Would give less stars but can't Customer service can't help you with anything so don't expect them to and that's just simply put

Worst company ever to deal with. If you order a phone there is no where on there to cancel or get refund. Called customer service multiple times and they can’t even find the order number and even says email that you ordered with is not associated with any account. When they can’t help you any further they just simply hang up on you. They ship you the phone and make you pay for shipping back if you want a refund. Scam company, they deserve a 0 star instead of a 1.

Worst company ever. It’s just a total nightmare dealing with them i had to change my number because they failed to inform me that you can’t transfer your number to another better service giving company unless you paid them 12 months of service even if not using it. Please don’t make the same mistake by using them it’s just a total nightmare🤬

Complete nightmare. I had to completely re-market my business because I put the number they gave on all my cards, signs, social media etc. they cancelled my service when I tried to port my number to another company steer clear away from simple mobile they are a train wreck and might just cost you a ton of money like they did me.

Sorry for the word but, it is a trash company. I always had issues using their service when I contacted them they can’t do anything about it. Finally I switched to another provider and they hold my number with stupid port protection , keep calling to remove it but they keep playing with me .
