Terrible customer service especially for the Sim card switch to Verizon. Simple mobile sent Sim card to wrong address now I can't contact the correct Dept for some reason now to fix issue. Everytime I call they switch me to different depts then eventually I get hung up on never getting problem solve terrible company don't get any service from this comp now a part of Verizon smh👎💬

Somple mobile is the worst privider. They company keeps your data on while your phone is hooked up to WIFI where you live.,so your using double data. Customer service is awful. Signal awful, They should be sued. Hummmm Changing service real soon. Never ever deal with simple people,oops I mean SIMPLE MOBILE.

They overcharged your bill when you sign up for automated payments and you can never get a refund when they overcharge you cause you use your service. It's a rip off I trusted them to take the payments outs automatically and they overcharged and when I called to get my money back they didn't help at all. They charge what whatever amount they want and you can never get a refund. They just repeat the same thing over and over and offer no help when they overcharge your account. They rip you off. The last 4 month I was charged different amounts and the overcharge kept going up and up its bad business. So dont bother with this company they rip you off. And bad customer service

One of THE WORST companies I’ve ever used gave me the complete run around when it came to me getting a new SIM card for my phone FIRST it never came then I had to pay for a new one that when IT came it’s was the WRONG ONE then when the right one finally came it didn’t work with my phone like they had promised over and over it would I ended up losing my number and thank god someone at METRO was able to help me get my phone back working Don’t ever use this company they will lie to keep you paying

Worst customer service ever. They outright lie to you. Then when issue is not resolved they say something completely different. Stay away!!!

The worst and stupid thing is that your account number is your IMEI #. The longer you are w/ them its likely you won't know what your IMEI number is because you may have had several different phones since your initial activation. If this is the case you will lose the phone number. I am currently on the phone with them fighting for my phone number. Its been 3 days. The customer service has gaslight the heck out of me, yelled at me and hung up the phone on me.

Their professionalism is so low that there are no words to describe them. A number that I had for over 10 years, running a business through it, they took it away from me and all they offered was a new number without charge. Please, if you are with them move your number if you want to keep it. Get away from this company, they do not care for their customers. They will tell you that they understand and are sorry, like if that will provide for my family and business...
