The worst of the worst service I’ve ever had. Simple mobile version is literally shi*thole. I would basically give them no stars at all. They make me upgrade and it didn’t work, I spoke to the agent and told me to go buy a new SIM card which I did and still told me that it didn’t work and they were going to send me another sim. Honestly at this point I regather not get any service from them again.

I have used simple mobile for about one year and cannot wait to be rid of them. They have the worst customer service in the entire world. When they aren't hanging up on you, they are disconnecting the chat because they have no solution other than for you to call back tomorrow or have you wait for a return call that will not come. Use Mint if you're looking for an inexpensive service. You can understand the operators and it's unlikely they will be swallowed up into an even worse company.

Simple Mobile has one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. A simple call to setup or order a piece of device will end up being transferred multiple times. They ask you the same questions you've already responded to over and over and again and then transfer you. No one seems to know what the heck they are doing.

I rate zero worst customer service ever liars and doubled my bill well tried to. 2 hrs o. The phone passing me around.

I initially chose Simple Mobile for its pricing. Here you really get what you pay for. The worst customer service ever created. Not only do they usually hang up on you when they place you on hold, or when you insist on something they have no answer for. They don't have supervisors or managers. Crappy service. I have tried to leave this company and switch to another carrier. They won't let you go. They won't easily give you your account number or PIN. And when they do, those are ICCID numbers from the first phone you utilized with them. You can stay stuck for hours with them on the phone as they keep transferring you when they see how determined you're, but rest assured, at some point they will hang up on you. Period. I am trying to switch to another carrier, the company tried for days to import my numbers but Simple Mobile blocked the porting process. Now I am stuck again with them because the porting did not go through. There is nothing my new carrier can do until Simple Mobile releases my numbers. Reps lied all the time. I have been told email confirmation was sent to me. Nope! After checking, nothing was sent. I am even tempted to simply just get new numbers with my new carrier, but people know my numbers for years now. This is a nightmare !!!! DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY !!! or if you are still with them, LEAVE! (if they let you go). A TOTAL NIGHTMARE !!!!!!!

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICES AND POOR QUALITY NETWORK, DONT BUY ANY SIM OR PREPAID SERVICES TO THIS PHONE COMPANY, MOSTLY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES DONT KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE WELL PEOPLE WERE LOUD TALKING AT THE BACKGROUND IT LOOKS LIKES THEY ARE IN THE MARKET AND THEN AGENTS MOSTLY HUNG YOU WHILE RESEARCHING WITH THEIR ANSWERS LATER ON THEY WILL NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM ENDING FULL OF STRESS WILL COME TO YOU! WHEN YOU ASKED FOR THE HELP OF THEIR HIGHER MANAGERS THE ONLY THING WILL TELL U IS MANAGER IS NOT AVAILABLE ON DUTY!? THEY ARE CRAZY WHO WILL RUN A COMPANY WHERE NO SUPERVISORS NOR MANAGER ARE ON THE FLOOR?? THEY ARE ALL FUNNY! NEVER EXPERIENCED STRESSED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! WITH THEIR SERVICES! BEWARE!

Do not ever use this company. Their customer service is atrocious and they have no idea what they are doing. I wanted to transfer my number to a new line and they claimed they couldn’t verify my account. After trying to verify my account using the credit card linked to it, they then stated that no card was even linked. I had been with that company for two years, there was most definitely a card linked. I wish I had never bought a phone with them in the first place.

This company sucks. They changed servers and I got screwed. They not only screwed up my service but negekcted to even inform me of the change. After days of fighting with them to fix it they decided to make me buy a new SIM, then after days of fighting with that not working they told me I needed to buy a new phone! Such bs after dinking me around for days. They refused my refund and even switched my plan to a higher costing plan without informing me. They wont fix it for give the gift card and refund I was offered. I will never use these scammers again. They even try to block bad reviews
