HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE….Ordered my husband a new phone because his current one has cracks in the screen. I never received an order confirmation email or anything. I call them today, they pretty much gave me the run around, the agent told me she found the transaction but not an order and that she didn’t have the option to issue a refund.

HORRIBLE, USELESS AND INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WORTHLESS WEBSITE FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN BUYING PHONES AND THEIR PROBLEMS (WHICH THEY MAKE YOURS)!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE IF YOUR MOVING FASTER THAN 3 MILES AN HOUR!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE UNLESS YOUR WITHIN A BLOCK OF A SERVICE TOWER!!! I'VE GOTTEN BETTER RELIABILITY FROM A PAIR OF $10 WALKIE TALKIES! THE WEBSITE SAYS THEY " THROTTLE YOUR DATA " AFTER YOU REACH YOUR LIMIT, IT SHOULD READ THAT THEY " CRIPPLE YOUR DATA "!!! SOMETIMES TAKES UP TO 10 MINUTES JUST TO LOAD A SEARCH PAGE! PHONE ISN'T THE PROBLEM, WORKS JUST FINE IF I'M NOT USING THEIR SERVICE!!! THEIR IDEA OF A MONTH ISN'T THE WORLD'S IDEA OF A MONTH!!! YOU PAY FOR SERVICE ON THE 11TH AND THEY SHUT IT OFF ON THE 10TH OF THE NEXT MONTH IF YOU HAVEN'T PAID EARLY!!! TREAT YOURSELF WITH SOME RESPECT AND GET YOUR SERVICE FROM ANYONE OTHER THAN "A SIMPLE MOBILE" !!! THIS EXCUSE FOR " PHONE SERVICE " SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED AND REGULATED BY THE GOVERNMENT, SOMETHING'S NEED TO BE! IN JAPAN EVERYONE HAS HIGH SPEED 5G SERVICE FOR A FRAAACTION OF WHAT WE GET TAKEN FOR EVERY MONTH!!! "SIMPLEST IMMOBILE" IS THE SADDEST AND SORRIEST EXCUSE FOR A PHONE PROVIDER, COMPANY, EVERYTHING THE U.S. HAS TO OFFER IT'S OWN PEOPLE!!!

Phone Operator was very rude, I yelled, and hung up.. This lady(employee) called me back and ask for me then said LIKEWISE... The next operator wouldn't transfer me to Corporate for a complaint on last operator he said my EXCUSE WASN'T GOOD ENOUGH.. I'm so upset to be treated so Rudely.

I have been with Simple Mobile for nearly 10 years now and I think I'm finally leaving. They virtually have ZERO customer support. You're stuck using their chat box in which they start the conversation off with "Hi Customer" after a 5 minute delay. They're disrespectful and will quickly end the chat if the task becomes to difficult for them to handle. If you call them, it's 95 percent automated. When you get someone on the phone it's all outsourced to India and the language barrier is really thick so you can't accomplish anything. They don't value how long I've been with them and they wouldn't care if I left their service. It's a cold relationship of "Pay us or we cut your service" Find a company that will value your patronage and give your money to a company that will reward your loyalty.

Terrible customer service! Can't understand the agents. Said I would get a call back that never happened. Will never, never, NEVER order from them again. I don't see how they can stay in business.

This merger with Verizon is ridiculously mishandled my service has been down over 10 hrs and so is customer service even the chat they can not access my account and I’m without service that I prepaid for this is unacceptable and a huge inconvenience definitely canceling my services as I have multiple accounts

#1 SM discontinued my flip phone after I purchased it on their website. #2 then they sent me a "new phone" made in China, and I was told that once I received it ALL I had to do was to text "611611" WHICH WAS NOT TRUE. The phone said, that there was no service! #3 I went on their website to get help (which is useless) asked me a bunch of questions just to end up telling they will transfer me. #4 decided to call ... while in the middle of the lady helping me, the call dropped! (inefficiency!) #5 Had to call back and had to update software... NO GOOD... WILL BE LOOKING INTO ANOTHER CARRIER... OH BUT THEY CHARGED ME OCT. 14 FOR THE SERVICE AND I have been without service since Oct. 14.

Worst company EVER! I was suppose to get my new Verizon sim card over month ago. I have made call after call for over 4 weeks now. They transfer you and hang up on you. Now they shut my sevice off because they are too stupid to send me that card. they keep saying it will be sent. I wonder how many other people have lost their service too. They just want you to buy another phone. I was first told I had violated the service with too many texts..( I have unlimited texting) Then shes like OH you will just have to buy a new phone and start over with us, when in reality it is the Sim card that got my service shut off. So I just tried to get it unlocked and they hung up on me AGAIN!!!!! Cant get a straight answer and half the prople dont speak good english. Never ever again will I use them!!! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!!!!!
