SIMPLE MobileReviews of simplemobile.com

Worst service provider ever If not like the worst in general. Customer service is non existent. Don’t know anything In general. THE WORST THING THE SECURITY ISSUE. SO MANY PPL LOOSE EVERYTHING CUS NO SECURITY, which means someone can take over your number and switch provider and get in your personal info with u just suffering. I will never go back to this trashy service again. Please stay away. I had service with them for 11+ years.

The WORST ! Every negative review you see on here is without a doubt 100% accurate ! They are garbage !!!!!!!! They need to get their ish together or save us all the trouble and close down the company. It’s a shame honestly, didn’t think ANY company would be this BAD, no Jackson !

Absolutely the worst possible way to go you are better off with nothing than these people I wish I'd never wasted money. I'm porting my number and ditching this piece of shhht phone with worlds worst customer service I'd buy a phone plan and phone from a random guy in Pakistan trying to sell me an auto warranty before I spent another dime with them. I won't be tied up with them another hour and thud hunk of shht is going in escambia Bay I would not urinate on them if they was on fire

changed wifes number without telling and discontinued it ( we had paid for it month advance even) , we lost all our important accesses (since most things WANT mobile identification).. no other way to verify to get full access.. DO NOT get this AT ALL. ( been trying to call the CSR's for over a week, so far 13th person who ASKS our IME and all again... , they seem to not save ANYTHING to themselves???

Simple mobile changed my plan without my permission or even informing me and I wasted $45.they throttled my data when I was supposed to be on unlimited.now they refuse to fix this problem.they will not even talk to you.when you call simple mobile to fix problems they connect you to straight talk or verizon.it took me a week to get in touch with them.then when I did they refuse to listen.before you sign up please call 228-235-6940.Better yet just call at&t.much better service.

If I could give this service a zero I could but don't use simple mobile, all these 1 star reviews are true and it is a scam/waste of money. I've been using the service for a year and a year straight my phone barely worked. I could barely call, text or even receive the calls/ messages. Recently my phone service doesn't work at all and they told me to get the free Verizon phone card never came in the mail. I'm not calling back cause I called costumer service 4 times twice was the auto service before actually speaking to someone and the auto service hung up twice then I talked to two customer service people one guy told me to reset my phone or shut it off for a few hours and I did that nothing worked. The second person was a girl I told her I called 4 times now trying to get my phone working and no one has really helped me. She told me to take the free month of Verizon service then said call back when you get it actually no don't call us back at all and we will get ahold of you. They never called back so I'm angry my phone hasn't worked for 2 weeks and it's been 2 weeks since I called costumer service. Please don't waste your money using this service, the costumer service doesn't help you and they treat you terribly so if you don't want my experience go for a better service.

Horrible! In América for 2 weeks on holidays and thought about getting a SIM card. Guy in a pharmacy recommended this mob. I can't believe this thing is allowed to stay in business in the mighty USA. It's a rip off and scam. Wasted and lost 30 US dollars with this scam. Now I can say I've been robbed by a scam business in the USA. Don't ever buy those 1 dollar SIM card.

If you're thinking of using this service, do not. Worst customer service, coverage became abysmal, treats loyal customers for years like garbage, goes back on thier word because thier word means nothing. You can barely understand most customer service reps, they always get your info wrong. They'll tell you what you want to hear just to rush you off the phone. One of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. You get what you pay for...if you're already using thier service, I suggest you find another one. I asked for the free Verizon SIM card because they're switching towers from TMobile to Verizon, the free card comes with a month of free service. They never sent the sim card after requesting 3 times, they lied and said it shipped but never received it because they probably don't want to give you the free month. There's other companies you can spend your money with that believe in customer loyalty.
