Faulty device and they pretend to create a return and say they will send a new device. They won't give me a return shipping label. I call again and now they still won't give me a label and day I will not get a new device. Stay away from simple mobile.

Do not switch to Simple Mobile. The customer service and support is unreliable. My account was wrongly deactivated, and was given a 30 day credit to my account for the inconvenience, and then 10 days later they turned around and deactivated my account. They claimed that the credit was wrongly added to my account. All of which was taking place during their switch to Verizon. Oh and if that’s not bad enough, one of the rep insisted that I update my SIM card or be without service until I either receive one in the mail or purchase one from a store. But here’s the thing, Simple Mobile isn’t widely available in retail stores. I would have had to drive to a neighboring city to locate a retail store that carries Simple Mobile SIM card. This company does not care about customer service, and is very disorganized. You literally can’t trust anything that the reps tell you on the phone while resolving your issue. As matter of fact my payment history was wiped clean on the system. Don’t get scammed, it’s not worth the aggravation or not knowing if they decide to deactivate your account for some bogus error on their end. There was one agent that was helpful.

I wish I could turn them in to the Better Business Bureau. I feel ripped off! I "re-upped" my plan multiple times for it to not work multiple times. I wished I could get my money back.

Everything about Simple mobile is terrible from the technology to the service. They're portal never works right and when you try to call customer service you are routed to a call center in BFE where they seem to be training 5 year old kids to handle your service. Haven't had a good experience with them since I signed up. Awful platform!

Just purchased a Sim Kit and $75 Truly Unlimited Plan to discover that it was not compatible with my Samsung Galaxy A53 series device like it claimed it was. They sell exactly the same phone, and claim compatibility, yet could not give me a sensible reason as to why they rejected it. One reason I received was a joke: 'phone was not scanned properly when purchased....' What the????? STUPID.

Do not by Simple mobile card bcz they dont trained there employee n there employee do not give right information to the customer. I have converted my 2 lines from lyca to simple mobile thinking to get family plan but these people dont know about the plan spoken to gia and michael and its been more then 2 months i did not get the family plan only trouble from these people n banging my head y i transfer my line to simple mobile. so guys highly recomendation do not take simple mobile service they tell u diffen=rent on website n give u different.

Simple mobile phones are horrible,my son could never dial out. I only had the phone for 20 days with only 3 days working if that and I called to switch to another network. Then they had the never to TRY and make me pay $175 to unlock the phone...I will never buy, refer, or suggest a simple anything....this is the weakest phone company every with crappy service from overseas. Even setting up the dumb phone took an hour
