This is the worst cell phone company I have ever seen. The customer service reps are foreign and don’t comprehend English well. They switched my plan from a unlimited service plan to a 5GB plan after I paid for unlimited service. I found out after my service started slowing down and they told me that since I used some of the GB They can’t refund me even though I paid for unlimited service. They did not provide a notice as to why my plan was changed or nothing. I swear this service is worst than sprint, cricket, Metro PCS. Any service is better than them. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. When you ask for a manager they won’t transfer you to one, they will hang up on you. Please stay away from this company, if you don’t I promise you will regret it and be the next victim writing a review. If there was a partition to put this company out of business after my experience I had with them I would dedicate all my time to do it

Customer service here is atrocious. When I recently switched to Tmobile, I had to renew my Simple Mobile service to transfer my number. You'd think getting a refund on an entire month I didn't use would be a slam dunk situation... But I spoke with 3 different people for over an hour, and each of them said the same thing: "Sir, it's against policy. – I'm sorry that you had to buy an entire month that you didn't use, sir, but it's against our policy to refund a service that has been transferred." I told them that I would've activated my new phone before my Simple Mobile service expired if I had known the policy, so I shouldn't be punished for this. Didn't matter to them! They even admitted they technically could have refunded me, but they were going to follow the policy instead. Well, instead of a good review, they're getting this! 💩💩💩 Worst customer service ever. I'd recommend tin cans and string over Simple Mobile. (They could've given me $28 dollars to avoid losing thousands of dollars in new business from this review. So stupid.)

Simple mobile customer service is very terrible. My name is fadumo sheikhdoon and I’ve had family service with simple mobile for a while now. I called in to make my monthly payment as usual, and unfortunately they changed my old number (6148228365) into a whole new number (6145567546) absolutely unacceptable. I tried calling customer service to try to get the issues resolve and over the past week nobody was able to help me, wether they hang up the phone on me or tell me completely different stories. Each representative will tell me that the issue is resolved and all I need to do is turn my off and turn it back on, and again nothing has changed. I went out on my own to buy another SIM card and still none of the representatives are able to help me nor assist me. All they do is ask questions such as can you provide me your IMEI and the SIM card number then tell me to turn my off and turn it back on and I should be good. Again nothing has changed for the past week or so I’ve going back and forth with no assistant whatsoever here are couple of the name of the representative (vaniel, joan, paula) rest will not provide me their names which is also unacceptable. It’s so terrible and absolutely annoying to get help. I myself hate making reports but this experience is something I have never seen in my life, none.

After saying service is disconneted - never heard or got confimrarion number etc ============== I will process you request right now. Virtual assistant said : One moment, please. I said : ok Virtual assistant said : I have successfully processed your request. Virtual assistant said : Your phone has been deactivated. I said : great Virtual assistant said : Is there anything else that I can assist you with? Virtual assistant said : It is my pleasure to assist you. Virtual assistant said : Is there anything else that I can assist you with? I said : will I get credit for my rest of the period - startting say tomorrow I said : when will I see it I said : are you there? I said : hello I said : are u there Sir? I said : this is not good as you seem like quite - you were not like this - so far!! I said : ?????? I said : looks like you dont want me to come back - ever! I said : ok - will ask my credit card company to recover - if thats only option!

Purchased a $500 iPhone online never received a email confirmation or order number called customers service to resolve issue they stated that could not provide me with ether kept giving me the run around and spoke to be like s*

We have spent 170$ on Simple Mobile and nothing works for us. We bought both Verizon sim cards and TMobile sim cards and nothing works for us according to their customer service. We are really frustrated about Simple Mobile.

Horrible customer service. Bought a SIM to use when I visit home yearly ( I live abroad ), the SIM is now invalid and customer service refuses to help even though I have given my correct PIN and SIM number. They are useless.

Do not get simple mobile. I got the new iPhone XR and I was not able to even call or text or use my data. I called them more than over 10 times and they kept on telling me to do the same things asking me dumb questions like I don’t already know how to work an iPhone. No one really knew how to help me. I bought the $50 data unlimited plan and they kept telling me the reason why my phone wasn’t working was because I needed to add more data. I would not recommend simple mobile. It is a trashy service and the customer service reps are rude. While, I was asking them how and why my phone wasn’t working and can they tell me what was going on and I quote the customer service rep said “ Well if I told you what was going on, would you even understand” all in all horrible service, and I would not recommend. I had the phone for two days, and I could not stand it.
