Accessed my account without permission.
They added a new phone line to my account without my knowledge. So when I paid my bill, that payment went to the phone line they added on there. They wouldn’t attempt to fix their mistake. Tried making me pay my bill again to regain service. Was hung up on multiple times by customer service. Acted as if they couldn’t verify I was the owner of the phone even after they sent a verification code to my phone with me having to read the code back to them. I have been with simple mobile for years. If this is how they’d treat a loyal customer, there isn’t much incentive for new customers to come.

Porting out is made impossible by games…
Porting out is made impossible by Simple Mobile.
Have now tried 48 times to initiate port out of Simple mobile - next is complaint to FCC and BBB.
Simple makes it like a game of "Who is on First".
claim need Simple mobile "Account Number" to
transfer out, but is it IMEI or SIM# ?
answer is "Yes" - tried everything and nothings works.
I believe reality is it is being blocked because transferring to a lower cost T-mobile MVMO that is better than Simple - really horrendous customer support at Simple Mobile.

Port out nightmare
On January 05th 2023. I moved to Simple mobile but realizing they are still under T Mobile and not verizon i've ported all of my family out since i don't believe in T Mobile work ethics and company policy, For the last 6 days i have been given a run around saying T mobile wont release my number because there is zip code error in there system despite verifying the correct zip code where At&t tries to contact them. Over 50 calls to simple mobile from us and AT&T port Department to resovle the issue and now Simple mobile claims they dont know when T Mobile will fix the error. First we were promised under 48 Hrs, Then another 1 day and now they say they cannot do anything as T Mobile holds our number and not responding to get it fixed. We are losing constant jobs and work because of this mess. Please help us to get resolved as every day for hours we are on the call with Simple and there seems no end to this issue since now The reps just hangs up on us and AT&T port efforts constantly after almost an hr on each call. below are the details. We requested the rep to transfer us over to supervisor which was denied and they said Supervisor is not taking calls at the moment. on 01/14/2023 another round of calls for about 3 hours. No resolution, ONLY this time employee from Simple Mobile admits that this is an issue ONLY on Simple Mobile side and will be fixed ASAP and they will give follow-up call. So far no calls/no email communications, nothing. Next step BBB / FCC complaint.

One is too much to rate this company…
One is too much to rate this company and their representatives. I have been without service for over two weeks now after I have paid my monthly bill. They are telling me they can't find my number that I have been using with them for over 6 years. This is a number that I have been using for over 20 years now. FCC and BBB please come to my rescue and call this company to action. They don't care about the plight of their customer. I have lost a lot of work hours talking to their representatives without any resolution. I paid my bill before due date. Nobody has to go through what I have been going through with Simple mobile in America. The government needs to initiate an investigation and a class action suit against this company to fight for the consumers in America that are being deprived of their rights to enjoy what they paid for and a britches of f contract. I am not sending this review to o simple mobile because they are too inhumane and don't care about their customers. They treat people like fools. They are only interested about making their money. Beside the monthly bill that I have paid, I have spent $60 extra to purchase SIM cards to transfer my numbers back and forth from T-Mobile and Verizon. How can you change someone's phone number without their consent and approval.

This time I had the smoking gun.
This time I had the smoking gun.
I was in a chat and demanded the $25 a month plan.
I reviewed it and authorized it at $25.38 POOF
15 minutes later they billed me for more than $50 with an email that blocked return emails.
I think they are in a pattern and practice of bumping each new account one level, and then playing the "oops" game. Any class action lawyers out there should take a good look at this.
Their chatters are mediocre, but the worst of the lot are Hansel, Mery Joy and Aroldo. They get all snowflakey and gooey and allege that it "was not me who did the overcharge"
Then they play the narcissists game of "feeling" and sorry "I'm sorry how you feel."
They have no understanding of adults
emotionally mature people

Simple mobile really sucks
Simple mobile really sucks. When they made the switch to Verizon it just got even worse. It took them 5hrs just to switch my sim card from t mobile to Verizon and still had problems with my phone for another day. When I went and re-upped the following month all of the sudden I had no service at all and still don't have service. It's been 3 days now going on 4 and still don't have any service and they keep telling me the same thing, "we're experiencing technical difficulties with our network and we will give you a callback in 2hrs or the next day". The customer service knows absolutely nothing, they do the same trouble shooting techniques over and over before they send you to a higher tech support that is if they don't hang up on you. I Do Not recommend simple mobile to anyone not even my worst enemy. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Worst service ever!

Purchased an iPhone 12 Mini on Simple Mobile's Website
I recently ordered an iPhone 12 Mini for $489.14 via Simple Mobile's website online on 1/1/2023. In the sales website's chat box, on New Year's day, I asked a quick question, if the iPhones were unlocked, and a rep wrote, Yes. So, I excitedly bought it online since I've had Simple Mobile service for a while, however, after this online purchase from its website, I didn't get an order # at the time nor an emailed receipt of my purchase. After calling the main phone # on Simple Mobile's sales phone web page, I found out, my order couldn't be located, yet confirmed only that the charge went through, and a rep nor manager could not send me valid, documented proof or email/text/send me any kind of writing outlining the terms/conditions or items of my purchase, which I'd called for numerous times, seeking to obtain adequate documentation for my own consumer protection as well. Confused, I also went back to that same Simple Mobile chat box a few days later and to my dismay, a rep, gave me contradictory info: iPhones are delivered locked, and it costs $300 to unlock them.
As today passes my 3rd business day according to Simple Mobile's recent emailed promotions (it states "orders take 1 to 3 business days to process and ship" at the bottom of its promo email), with still no order confirmation, no order #, no tracking #, and due to the substandard business tactics and red flags of fraudulent activity that it raised with my bank, I did dispute this purchase with my bank and then personally attempted to explain and cancel my order with Simple Mobile.
In this time when I tried to cancel, I was told by a manager (in a corporate office she said based in the Philippines) after I explained to her my issues, confusions and concerns, I still couldn't cancel even though she admitted that the shipment of all phones at Simple Mobile right now are delayed about another week, and upon my request, she calculated that the "5th business day of my order" is actually around Jan. 10th somehow. She also gave contradictory information about canceling and refunds which also alerted me to potentially illegitimate tactics.
At the end of our conversation, I told her very clearly to add in her notes: I am canceling this order because I do not want any business with Simple Mobile, and that I've also disputed this charge with my bank, and she said ok, and hung up on me.
To facilitate a resolution, I submitted this very complaint on the Better Business Bureau's website today, kindly asking Simple Mobile to please cancel my iPhone order. I ended with the statement, that I will keep this open so that my recent consumer iPhone 12 Mini experience is visible to the public and until this gets resolved.
I'm sharing my experience to the public and will update everyone on what happens regarding any kind of resolution as since I am a consumer in the United States, I feel there is legal implication to this concerning our Consumer Rights, and also potential implication to how Simple Mobile is selling and managing Apple products in this time.
