The Indians on the other side of the phone think its all a joke, this dick loving Indians make fun of costumer without any consequence for 8 hours I was trying to get my account number, but for some reason they hide that from you. Customer service is the absolute worst. They will have me running in circles for hours when I can’t make texts or calls telling me to restart the phone and call from a different phone number. Usually they never call back, or if they do, I’m hung up on. They always say “everything is fine on our end” and refuse to thoroughly look into the issue and always blame my phone (my phone is perfectly fine, it’s their crappy data and service). They know nothing about their company, they claim to have “24/7 support” yet when I need to have an issue fixed ASAP in the middle of the night, I am told I cannot get in touch with anyone. Every so often I completely lose the ability to text or call when I have unlimited data, and this usually occurs right after paying the bill for my service, too. Their refunding process can be a nightmare and their customer service has been rude even when I tried to be nice. They are the most unprofessional company I’ve ever had to deal with and a pain. They are completely useless in fixing any of my issues. I need to be able to text and call people especially in the case of emergencies where a specific person needs to be contacted and it seems like this company cares as much about that as they care about a moldy tuna fish sandwich. So unprofessional.

The customer service is a joke great service but don’t expect to have anything resolved if an issue arises on your account & they will overcharge your cards & claim it was an error and repeatedly just hang up on you each time you call back stating there is “No manager available” at any time I will transfer you to our refund department I’m so sorry click... If you get lucky some will transfer you but the jerks in that department will hang up too no refund to be had just call your bank and submit the transaction as fraud! They are billing me $186.22 a month for 2 lines that were supposed to be $40 month plus the multi line would been $63 for both lines this place is a joke look elsewhere you have been warned...🤣😂🤣

Poor mobile data service though I have unlimited access based on my plan and also since Jan/2023 they cut $10 international call service to Ethiopia that was included with a monthly payment so far. Therefore for all this reason I decided to change my service provide to another company and I don't want to advice anybody to have SIMPILE Mobile at all.

Messaged customer service about my issue about not being able to connect to my voice mail. they said "it seems on our end that everything is great. just power off the phone and turn it back on as a trouble shooting method..." obviously didn't work. when calling my voice mail, it states, " your account is not recognized contact customer service." end call.. so in the end they did nothing to help also sent me a trouble shooting instructions which basically told me to restart my phone....

First of they no nothing about there company. I wanted to purchase a sim and bring my own phone it was an old phone from there company and they told me I can't use it. When I asked them to rerun the IMEI all they could tell me was I was wrong. They told me they where going to cut my husband phone off because I asked them to get me the right department. Husband paid 10.00$ for a top up and never got the data or the money back. Tried to get more help just got hung up on. The unlimited data is not unlimited. We used 35 gb of his unlimited plan and they decided cut his Data. Got told by the rep that the managers r not allowed to take over the calls. I have worked in call center before and that is untrue. Nor is the manager on the phones. Tried to get ahold of corporate and they blocked my email and phone number.

I called Simple mobile on 01/21/2023 to add a line to my current account that I have had for multiple years. When I called they mentioned switching from T-Mobile service to Verizon and because of that I would need a new SIM card. As soon as the rep sent the new SIM card my old SIM card was deactivated and now shows SOS, I can’t make/receive calls, I can’t send/receive texts, nor can I use my internet without being connected to WIFI. The call then disconnected and when I tried to call back they were closed! I called back the next day and was told my number was lost and placed back in the system, they assured me the issue would be escalated and my number would be restored within 24-48hrs. It has now been 3 days and I am still without service AFTER I paid my bill 01/18/2023. They have no knowledge or update regarding the escalation and supposedly has activated the SIM card I purchased from Walmart but I have to wait 6hrs for it to process. They were unable to provide me tracking information for the SIM that was shipped and I have yet to receive that. When you call my number it gives the not in service error message so I’m worried my number will be lost. Dealing with their customer service has been a migraine!! I have been having anxiety attacks for days , I am being refused a supervisor, my issue has not been resolved, & all of the reps are rude and have no knowledge of anything regarding why this issue even happened or how to resolve it. I would like to be accommodated fairly and appropriately. I would also like my services to work immediately!!

I have been with simple mobile on and off for a few years. Now I want to transfer my phone number to a different provider. I need account number to transfer my phone number, but simple mobile doesn't give it to me! They said it is IMEI number of my first phone!! When I sign with the service. I don't have this phone anymore! In my app under account number is different number, not my real account number. They force me to stay with them! Be very careful, this company is a fraud!
