I wish I could give a zero star to that company. I've been with them for many many years and never was the service as bad as after they got bought by Verizon. Customer support absolutely sucks and getting to talk to a LIVE person is impossible. DO NOT USE this company for your phone service; YOU WILL REGRET IT! Read the reviews here, they are all around just bad. Proof positive this company doesn't care about its users.

I am extremely displeased with this firm, particularly with a staffer named Romene, badge number 510440, who displayed a complete lack of professionalism. I was denied the opportunity to speak with a supervisor about receiving a refund for a plan I hadn't used and that had been switched to another one. As a result, I ended up paying for two plans, one of which I never utilized. Such a disappointing experience has led me to consider moving my three lines of service to another provider.

I bought a phone from here and I spent 2 hours on the phone with him. There customer service is trash. Don't waste your money here.

Tried activating my phone service only for me to have to call the company, spent an hour and a half getting help only for one of the workers, john i think his name was to tell me that i "switched my phone number" on the phone im activating when i didnt. Wasted 25 dollars to be able to make calls and texts.

At first the service was regular but in the last two years it got worse, I spent a year and a half calling customer service 2 times a month, one to have one of the three lines on the family plan reconnected because every month they left someone disconnected and The second call to get my money back because they were overcharging me, the same thing all the time, the last time they didn't even give me my money back and I had to open a case with my bank. I switched to Helium Mobile which pays me to use the service, $80 a month for each line, for three lines, do the math... What more can I ask for? Here I leave the referral and you will receive money for using AT8790V .Simple Mobile Never again!!

Such a horrible Service. Their customer service is trash and their coverage is more trash. They have wasted my money and didn't provide any refund for the service that I never used. Wasted so much of my time. Just horrible, stay away!

The worst services ever, in the entire world there are not as bad services as this company. Refilling the services means that you have to pay through thirds which means more expensive. This type of company must be removed from the communication system, it is nothing but garbage.

I've put up with simply moble for the past couple years They recently sent me a verizon sim card so I though service may improve for me No such luck it can't be match to my phone for some reason I've spoken to customer service got no where other than transfered Now I'm off to find another provider for both our lines
