The birth control arrived on time, everytime. The problem arises when you order an add on outside of that time and they ship you the wrong product. I’ve reached out 4 times in 10 days, heard zero back on remedies for this.

Not good experience! I ordered a birth control ring, and they send me the ring and 2 other items without my confirmation. My insurance cover all the items does not mean I want all the items! Contact the phone number they messaged me, emailed them, asking them not to send the product this week because I’m not home, no response for days , and they still send the product a week before I can get home, and now I’m very worried that the package will get lost. There’s no phone number can call through, only a computer voice answer your call then hang off after several seconds !

I honestly wish they shipped faster because if you're on your last pack, they’re going to ship pretty late! Order one week or two weeks ahead if you’re worried about being late on your pills. Other than that no problems.
